This is a shared path. Cyclists who want to go faster can go on the roads to get to Lea Bridge.

Road surface is dangerous for cycles

Mare street is extremely traffic heavy. Encouraging more cycling would reduce the amount of cars, and so reduce pollution.

Traffic calming measures needed, it's either gridlocked or full of cars speeding unsafely

Add cycle path as this is a busy road connecting people to Kingland Road, Shoreditch and the City.

Narrow pavement, which hasn't been fixed in decades.

A dedicated cycle lane along Englefield Road would protect cyclists as it's busy with cars coming to/from Kingsland Rd to Essex Rd & pedestrians now use the road too as pavement isn't wide enough for social distancing.

Homerton High Street needs a cycle lane to allow safe travel to and from the QEII Olymic park from Sutton Place along the A102 to the Park.

Seven Sisters Road is v wide, congested and plagued with speeding. It's crying out for a cycle Lane to connect all the new flat being built here!

Whiston Road traffic is aggressive, but also the main cycleway for East-West cycle traffic into Central.

Green Lanes is a major route with very little designated cycling safety provision - please review and improve!

Not very easy junction to deal with on a bike, especially if coming down Mare St and going into The Narrow.

Lea Bridge roundabout is dangerous and difficult for cyclists to navigate. Lanes should be reserved for cyclists temporarily and then made permanent in advance of the cycleway plans

Hospitals should have better cycling routes connecting to them

Pitfeild is a raceway for drivers trying to avoid the mess at Old Street Roundabout. With the building of a large school by Shoreditch park Pitfield street should become access only

Protected cycle lane needed here.

There are too many cars for cyclists to ride safely down Mare St, and this could be made better by letting cyclists have their own path.

Make it easier to go from Tabernacle street to Rivington Street

Ban right turns for traffic comeing out of Calvert Avenue, they always cut across cyclists turning right to follow the cycle route into Calvert Avenue

No protected cycleway.

There is no cycle way. It would be safer to have a cycle path, to protect lives, as more cyclists use the road, alongside residents, and families and kids cycling to the nursery on the road.

Very hard to cycle along the road as it is incredibly busy. Cycle lane needed from Lea Bridge Road to Homerton High Street.

Separated cycle track needed all the way along Upper Clapton Road. It is very hostile to cycle on.

Too many cyclists and pedestrians trying to use same path! Needs widening and segregation.

Too many cyclists and pedestrians trying to use same path! Needs widening and segregation.

Cyclists and pedestrians using the same narrow footpath. Nightmare!!!

There is no space for cyclists and pedestrians and it is nightmare for both. It is dangerous and unpleasant.

The existing cycleway is a nightmare as cyclists have to mount a pavement, which is very unpleasant for pedestrians. Also there is a blind corner by the vets. The whole thing is unsafe and difficult.

Major cycle route and quite dangerous when coming up from Millfields Rd. The whole junction needs re-thinking.

The junction is very hard to navigate, especially comming from Milffields Rd. You are joining double lane traffic and busses. It feels unsafe for experienced cyclists and impossible for teens.

Redesign right-hand turning into Northwold road when approaching from the North. Cyclists are at risk to being run over by cars coming at speed from North in the inside lane overtaking cars going slow on outside lane

Too many cars, not enough room for pedestrians and cyclists. This applies for the entire A10.

A protected cycle lane is needed here. It’s a main thoroughfare which connects shops, schools and residential areas.

Needs a segregated cycle lane. The road is plenty wide enough!

Many poor potholes at top of Finsbury Park Rd, a marked cycle route to Finsbury Park has many poor potholes needs urgent repair and better road marking please.

Contraflow - shouldn't really be marked out in the dooring zone; simple arrows would be better

@citycyclists @AlternativeDfT That's nothing:check out this beauty in Hackney. https://t.co/uqrlL1PRvU

Street light has been smashed and glass all over cycle path

This crossing should be more prominent and give pedestrian and cycle priority.

Clissold Park - cycling permitted, and it would be a useful link, but the park closes at 4pm in winter, and in mid-evening in summer.
